Werejavalina

There have been unconfirmed reports of lycanthropes since long before Serpentfall.  Many believe that Serpentfall contributed to the increase in some forms of lycanthropy - in some areas, werewolves are called "Children of Fenrir."  The Office of Special Investigations has noted some new forms of lycanthropy that do not appear to have appeared prior to Serpentfall.  One example is the werejavalina.

Werejavalina are ominvores and are very territorial.  They are not known to retreat, even in the face of a superior foe.  There are no known records of peaceful interaction between humans and werejavalina.  To date, there have been no confirmed interactions of a werejavalina in human form.  It is unknown if they have no human form (only half and full porcine), or if the curse of lycanthropy is not actually transferred – in other words, they may be a distinct race apart from humanity and lycanthropes. 

Environment: South and West Texas, Arizona, Central and much of South America, usually alone.

Damage Inflicted: 5 points
Movement: Short; long when in wolf form
Modifications: Attacks as level 6 when half or full porcine; Might defense as level 7 when half or full lupine.  Armor is +1 when half porcine and +2 when full porcine.
Combat: 
Half Lupine: A half-porcine werejavalina is part humanoid and part hog. It attacks with its fists or tusks.
Full Lupine: A full porcine werejavalina is a particularly large and vicious-looking javalina hog. It normally gores foes and deals 2 additional points of damage (7 points total).
Half and Full porcine: Half-porcine and full porcine werejavalinas both enjoy enhanced sense of smell (though their eyesight is believed to be poorer than humans) and regain 2 points of health per round. However, a werejavalina that takes damage from a silver weapon or bullet stops regenerating for several minutes.
